Can I speak to someone?
Yes. Our phone lines are open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm on 020 8050 4347. If we don't pick up just leave us a message and we will get straight back to you.

Do you have any retail locations where I can view the product?
We don't currently have any retail locations. But this is something we are looking into for the future as we know that seeing great images doesn't make up for seeing the product in person. If you have specific questions about a product or the look then please do let us know.

Do you offer price matching?
We always monitor our prices to make sure we are competitive in the market. If you see the same product from a competitor and want to see if we can match the offer then please do get in touch so we can investigate for you.

Can I get a bulk buy discount?
Absolutely. We love a bargain too. If you spot several items that take your fancy then please do get in touch by phone or email. We are often able to give a discount on larger orders as shipping furniture is an expensive business and it's much more efficient to deliver in bulk.

Can I choose my delivery date?
We don't currently offer delivery date options. However please do leave a note or contact us before placing your order as we can pass this on to our couriers to see if they can arrange a suitable date. Please note that you will receive a tracking reference when your order is shipped so you can track the progress and know the date it is expected to be delivered on. If you haven't received your tracking email then please contact us so we can follow up for you.

How long does it take to deliver my purchase?
Typically most purchases are delivered within 3 to 14 days after purchase. Some products are made to order and can take up to 3 - 4 weeks. In exceptional circumstances it may take longer and we will contact you if this is the case.

Why was my order cancelled?
In rare cases orders might be cancelled for different reasons. On rare occasions a product might show as in stock on the website but when we try to fulfil the order there is no stock available. In this instance we will contact you to let you know what has happened.
We may also cancel the order if the delivery address is somewhere we cannot ship to. You can find out about postcodes we cannot ship to on the delivery information page.
